*Full conference registration consists of entry to all
technical sessions, opening session, Tuesday & Wednesday continental breakfast, and the
Tuesday light lunch and evening Mixer. The Mixer is held
among the exhibitors in C Hall. Wednesday luncheon tickets
must be purchased separately. |

| Booth Locations: |
Booth
locations will be assigned in order on a first come, first serve
basis and full payment of
the registration fee. We try to honor all requests as closely
as possible, but we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of any
request. You will receive an Exhibitor Confirmation when the
booth assignments have been made. Online registration will
begin in August. |

| Set Up/Decorator Information: |
| Exhibitor set-up is
Monday, October 27, from
1:00 to 5 p.m.. The registration desk will also be opened for
exhibitors to pre-register on Monday, October 27, from 1:00 -
3:30 p.m. All exhibit set-up MUST be completed on
Monday. Exhibits will be open Tuesday, October 28 from 8 a.m.
to 7 p.m. (closed during the Opening Session), and Wednesday, October 29 from 8 a.m. to
2 p.m.
Teardown will not begin prior to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

| Refunds: |
| Refunds will be made for written cancellations
postmarked by October 3, 2008. No refunds will be made for
any cancellations after the postmarked date. |
